There is a $50 non-refundable and non-transferable research fee.

This fee is separate from the total cost of the trip and must be paid prior to the start of any travel planning, research, booking, or additional consulting services. You are entitled to up to two quotes (up to two destinations) and one revision for the fee. A new fee may be assessed if travel is not booked within 30 days of the proposal. There will be no exceptions.
